My first pair of Nike's
Nike: Air Jordan 1 Retro KO High Spring 2010.
My earliest memories of kicks I had as a kid were the White/Red pair, and I thrashed the hell out of them, and they're back.

D'Angelo update
I follow Erykah Badu on twitter, her recent updates in the last week have mentioned that she is in the studio with D'Angelo and The Roots. One can only hope this will = genius.

Doubtful in my mind to the ones I thought were true, I usually see through, but instead I saw you!
Two minds to how I feel, but my heart only speaks truth, battles with uncertainty, deep breaths bring courage to you.
Standing still in the moment, appreciating whats before me, you walk straight past, your intentions are to take the forefront in other peoples minds, little do you know how eyes are cast upon you, maybe your weakness better left unsaid as knowing your reality may be your death.
Those of us who know it hide the world in our eyes, while those blinded in the moments share arrogance without sight.
Untouchable love has always been to me, maybe my weakness will leave my lonely, but yours only leaves you as a fool, I can admit mine, but can you?
Judgement without knowing can leave you missing a good thing, knowing first, no assumptions cast, the forefront of what is real.
Take it or leave it, a chance is there to be had, like dice rolled our common souls are left to the unknown til we're chanced into life's story of our own.

D’Angelo Arrested for Soliciting Police Officer for Sex
R&B crooner D’Angelo has been absent from the spotlight for years, but he reappeared this weekend in police custody.
The Grammy winner, 36, was arrested Saturday around 2:30 a.m. after allegedly offering an undercover policewoman $40 for oral sex while driving through New York City’s West Village, according to the New York Post.
D’Angelo, born Michael Archer, spotted a woman he took to be a prostitute. He was arrested and charged with solicitation after asking the woman for sex, sources report. He had $12,000 stored in his Range Rover.
The arrest comes as he is recording his third studio album, the first since 2000’s platinum-selling Voodoo.

Harry the duck whisperer
I have been at my new job for 2 weeks now. After being a lady of leisure for the past 4 months due to overseas travels I'm now slowly adjusting back into a 9 to 5. Starting a new job is always stressful and my brain has been fried the past 2 weeks learning my new position. The one thing keeping my sanity is that I get to spend my lunch breaks here...
.
Here is where I met Harry, a vagrant in his 40s. I ran into Harry one morning walking to work, he was rockin the barefoot, shorts and singlet look with a stubbie in his hand for breakfast. Walkin past we exchanged head nods.
.
Later that day on my lunch break in the park I walk past the pond and see Harry standing on the waters edge wailing his arms around and talking to the ducks. I say hi and ask what he's upto and he explains that he's just hanging out with the ducks and having a chat to them.
.
At this stage the ducks were over the otherside of the pond and Harry says 'im a duck whisperer you know!' Next thing Harry lifts his hands in the air and yells out 'come on now' and all of the ducks swim straight over to him and hang around at his feet, a couple get out the water and walk on the lawn and Harry so happy with his life continues his convo with them.

I walk away slightly baffled and later see Harry walking through the park singing.
